USA-Kansas partners with local attorneys at Goodell, Stratton, Edmonds, & Palmer, LLC.

The attorneys will provide legal advice and/or support for members who face due process or job protection proceedings.  The amount of assistance is based on a member's current length of continuous membership with USA-Kansas ($1,250 max).

To participate in the program you must be a member of USA-Kansas:  (1) at the time the incident giving rise to the claim occurred, (2) when the request for assistance is made, and (3) continuously through the claims process.  Any time beyond 90 days constitutes a break in continuous membership.

This policy will not cover any expenses arising out of criminal action or non school-related suits.
