KPA Membership

The mission of the Kansas Principals Association, an organization committed to educational excellence and the lifelong success of all students, is to develop and support all principals through optimized learning, collaborative leadership, networking, and service.

Priorities:

  • Give reinforcement, encouragement and support to aspiring, new and experienced educational leaders.

  • Organize and present both general leadership training and building-level specific information at all KPA functions and written communications.

  • Promote a positive image of building-level educational leaders.

  • Establish collaborative relationships with other professional associations, the State Board of Education and its representatives, and the Kansas Legislature.
